Do You Need Garage Roof Repair?

If spots and stains are appearing on your garage floor and you aren’t sure you can blame them on your car, perhaps you need garage roof repair. Whether it is attached or detached, a garage often is a neglected part of your house—it is a way station between indoors and outdoors. Things are dropped off here and sometimes forgotten. They hold so much; tools, sports equipment, lawn care equipment, or a spare playroom for the kids. In order to hold roofing materials in place, nails should be protruding through the roof.
 
If you suspect a leak, on a sunny day, stand inside with the door closed, windows covered, and lights out. If you see pinpricks of light that is your possible water source. Tree branches rubbing against the roof may damage a shingle roof, and their leaves filling the gutters can cause overflows that can stain your fascia boards or walls.
